Tracking of your package is available on the details of your order, on your Maison Sajes account or by email.
If you cannot access your tracking number, do not hesitate to contact us by email at hello@sajesbijoux.com , on Instagram @maisonsajes or on the chat on our site.

After placing an order, you can make a modification/cancellation if necessary within a maximum of one hour. By contacting us via our email address hello@sajesbijoux.com . After that, no changes can be made.

We accept returns after receipt of your order.
Please note: you have 14 days to return part or all of your order.
Please send us an email to hello@sajesbijoux.com to notify us and send us a tracking number.
All returns must be sent to the address provided by inserting the returns form available in the exchange and returns section or in the description of the product purchased.

Please note, any exchange or return resulting from an order error on the part of the customer will be their responsibility (example: wrong size, wrong color or change of mind). Please carefully check the indications and size guides visible in the guide section and in the product sheets.

Since May 25, 2018, in accordance with the law concerning the General Regulations on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR), the Maison Sajes site has updated its confidentiality policy.
