How to track my order ?

Tracking of your package is available on the details of your order, on your Maison Sajes account or by email.

If you cannot access your tracking number, do not hesitate to contact us by email at , on Instagram @maisonsajes or on the chat on our site.

I want to modify/cancel my order.

After placing an order, you can make a modification/cancellation if necessary within a maximum of one hour. By contacting us via our email address . After that, no changes can be made.

What are the return and exchange terms?

We accept returns after receipt of your order.

Please note: you have 14 days to return part or all of your order.

All returns must be sent to the address provided by inserting the returns form available in the exchange and returns section or in the description of the product purchased.
