1-/ EXCHANGE & RETURN

You have 14 days to make a return.

Returned jewelry must not have been worn and be in perfect condition.

In the case of an exchange for another piece of jewelry, we take into account the price difference, if it is favorable to you, we will refund you, otherwise, we will ask you to pay it before sending the new piece of jewelry.

2- / PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW

1 - Contact us by email: hello@sajesbijoux.com or on Instagram ( @maisonsajes ) to let us know that you would like to make a return or exchange.

2 - Print and complete the attached return form .

3 - Store your jewelry(s) in a bag to protect them. As part of an exchange, there is no need to send it back to us in its original box, the pouch will suffice. Conversely, to obtain a refund, please return the entire packaging.

4 - Slip the form and your jewelry into an envelope, if possible padded to prevent them from being damaged during transport.

5 - Send everything by registered letter via La Poste to the address below. Keep the number in case of loss or non-receipt.

3 - DAMAGED JEWELRY

Damaged jewelry will not be returned or exchanged unless it is due to a manufacturing defect, in which case we will proceed with the repair/exchange.

Please contact us within 48 hours when you realize that you have received your jewelry with a defect.

4 - RETURN COSTS

In the case of a return due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part in your order, we will cover the return costs by reimbursing you.

If it is a return because you have changed your mind, want to change size or other circumstances, the costs are your responsibility.


B- READY TO WEAR

​3 - Store your clothes in their tissue paper to protect them. As part of an exchange, there is no need to send it back to us in its original packaging. Conversely, to obtain a refund, please return the garment with the label and all packaging.
